Zhen Xiao Ning
English title translated by AnyoneMakes. The original title is included below.
An iOS app for keeping structured records of residential noise, intended for people disturbed by impacts, dragging sounds, and similar noise from nearby homes.
The creator describes monitoring audio, decibel readings, and unusual events, organizing a timeline and trends, and exporting a PDF report for recordkeeping or discussion with neighbors or property management. Unusual sounds are also represented as AI-generated monster entries, and a sound-masking option is described.
The source post provides a website and an App Store search name. Audio capture, measurements, event detection, reports, and current availability have not been independently tested; the record does not establish their reliability in resolving a noise dispute.
