A meta-skill for creating, refactoring and evaluating AI skills, combining process boundaries, document organization and structural checks.
kz-skill-creator supports frequent creators and maintainers of AI skills. Users describe a new skill or refactoring need, confirm a design memo, generate a directory and documents, then run structural checks and package the result.
The intended outputs are a skill directory, a structural quality report and a validated package. The creator's 'zero deviation' language is not independently verified; neither tests nor an output package were reproduced in this research.
