Project profile
veTriage is a veterinary telephone-intake PWA for reception staff, veterinary assistants, and veterinarians. It addresses fragmented handovers when appointments are full and reception staff lack clinical training.
The described workflow first checks signals requiring immediate escalation, follows a symptom pathway, gathers observable history, and prepares a category, authorized next steps, suggested wording, and medical-record notes for clinical review. Its output is a structured handover, not a diagnosis or a promise of a prescription.
The submission describes deterministic clinical triage kept separate from hospital capacity. The readable current opening screen says “No LLM runtime,” while the official results article mentions GPT-5.6 supporting intake dialogue. Version and responsibility boundaries remain unresolved, so the entire competition workflow cannot be labeled LLM-free. Only the opening screen was inspected; the full workflow and claimed in-clinic use were not independently tested.
